Have mostly had great service, however was disappointed with a recent purchase that didn't match the quality of items previously received & the response received (lack of follow through from Tuffys after an initially positive reply). That being said, I've shopped here MANY times and have otherwise been very pleased with my purchases.

Tuffys & Tuffetts is an Australian line of underwear for men and women that operates its business online. It was established by a group of Aussie staff who were cut from Bonds when they moved their operations overseas. A friend told me about this site and I was happy to check it out and show my support by making a few purchases. Although they're a little on the expensive side, I was impressed by how comfortable the undies were and how quickly the products reached my door. There were no problems with the shipping of my product, and my parcel was with me within a few days. For standard purchases, there's a flat rate of $10, and free shipping is offered on purchases over $100. I'll no longer be buying bonds, but instead giving business to these guys.
