My experience here was good. Decent food, decent service at slightly above average prices. The layout is very crowded but the atmosphere is still good.

This place looks like somewhere to go after a movie. They have made it a very welcoming place to eat, with both inside and outside dining. Ambience was good with funky decor.
We had weekday lunch and it was quiet but it would get noisy with lots of people in there.
We all enjoyed our meals, and they were on the generous side which we liked. They provided iced water with lemon on request, and their chips were hot and fresh. The menu is quite extensive too. Not much service provided; you order and pay at the counter. Definitely a place to go back to.

Firstly: this is hardly Turkish food.
However, it is a nice cafe with a fair amount of options and decent prices. I really liked their lamb pizza, however it got sicken and way filling after 2 slices. I suggest sharing! Their milkshakes are great - simple and exactly like what a milkshake should be (none of that fancy stuff that restaurants do to ruin milkshakes).

My first attempt to go here was actually on a Friday night and it was so incredibly loud and rowdy that my friend and I decided to go elsewhere. But we returned during a weekday when it was quieter and were glad we did.

1st visit ok. Good turkish food not bad overall!
2nd visit. Menu had changed. Same old same old. Not much Turkish food remaining. Errors with orders. Of 8 orders 2 meals were overcooked. Delayed service was frustrating as we were only ones there!!
3rd visit...nightmare! Same 8 orders-2 meals not edible. One burnt one raw. 2 coffee and biscuit orders completely forgotten but the rest bought out...weird!! Again waiting for bread salad and dry overcooked meat took forever-yet again place was only 1/4 capacity. We did receive a refund for both inedible meals and apologies all round for quality delays and poor service.
But they have done their dash. We're not returning-ever!!

We've been to Tulky's a few times now and had various things on the menu. The food has occasionally varied a bit in quality - my husband had the baked potato and raved about it however the next time he had it he said it wasn't as good. Personally though I've enjoyed each of my meals there, my favourite being the warm chicken salad. It was absolutely delicious. The staff have been terrific and friendly and the place has a really busy, good feel about it.

While the food is average, and you have to order food and drinks at the counter, the atmosphere is really nice. The open, outdoor is really comfortable and the whole place has a warm vibe. The live music is great as well.
