I would not recommend Turner from a landlords perspective. Under Agency law it says that an 'agent' is legally responsible for looking after my interests as my agent, when in realty they looked after their interests and the tenants interests at my expense (as it was I who is paying them, not the tenant). The state of my home when moving back in to it was 'unreasonably' dirty and had damage greater than just wear and tear (ie no usable showers). Missing tongues in door frames, grime was left on all kitchen cupboard tops. heavy layers of dust was left on pelmets, excessive house cracking due to the obvious disconnection of pop up sprinkler system (even when I was paying excess water), undetected and severe internal water damage to plaster walls, dog bite marks & chewing on kitchen cupboards, almost all doors have some form of hole or impact cracks on the door faces, damage to a blind was even incurred by the agent on final inspection without notifying me of its occurrence, the yard has hidden piles of plant debris that is 6 foot high at the back fence. Having been a tenant myself, I understand what is required of a vacating tenant. In this case the state of my home was left in a very unsatisfactory way, with very little concern shown by my agent at law. The willingness of the agent to resolve these issues was non existent hence this post.

I was a tenant at a property managed by Turner Real Estate a little while ago. I've been meaning to write a review to recommend them from a tenant's point of view. Turner's were prompt to attend to maintenance requests, and always friendly, courteous and professional. Of the various rental agents I have dealt with over the years, they were probably the best to deal with. From the landlord's point of view, I would say they did a thorough job of inspecting the property, making sure rent was paid on time etc.; but I also felt pretty respected as a tenant, which you don't get from all agents. If I ever were to invest in property in Adelaide, I would probably go with Turner Real Estate to manage the property. A property with stable tenants who are happy living there seems like a good thing from a landlord's point of view as well.
