I went to the castle hill location for my newborns foot and hand sculptures, I had to send through a photo via the post (email wasn’t an option in this day and age) have been messaging them to which I’ve received no response they do not answer phone calls either. It’s been almost 4 weeks since it’s been done. Would not recommend them at all, a very poor experience at such an exciting time

Friendly, warm and comfortable experience for mum and baby. the products are great quality and worth every penny. You may have to work around their hours, but the final product is gorgeous which you will cherish when your children have grown.
