Never been to a better fight/fitness gym. It's a great place for beginners through to advanced. Robby, my main trainer is a motivating and dedicated mentor; a seasoned fight and PT professional who is as keen to teach the basics as he is to help improve fight technique and all round fitness. In fact, Charles, Jimmy and the whole crew are just awesome people who know what they're doing! Am going on two years here...and not leaving anytime soon. It's also the best location you could possibly get, middle of the city - 5ish mins from the main CBD corporate centres.
This is a brilliant gym to not only learn from the best but feel perfectly comfortable. Egos are left at the door. Everyone has fun and gets the results they deserve.
