I made an error and gave Ultratune an unfair 1 star rating.
I wish to correct the previous 1 star rating to a 5 star rating.
Circumstances involving information from a third party were incorrect so the to be fair all negative ratings for this service have been reversed.
Sorry to Ultratune Blacktown, who did as worked well and promptly and efficiently did a great job. 5 stars.

[redacted due to inflammatory comments] i serviced my car 16th of november and they have given me the car in the afternoon and after 1month my car break down on the streets i have taken it to the mechanic he told me there is not much coolant in the car thats why ur car break down ultratune charge me 591dollars for the service to [redacted due to offensive language] up my car really upset never service ur car from ultratune [redacted due to inflammatory comment] and [redacted due to generalisation] from vaibhav sharma

i was driving out of the carpark and my tyre went flat, they were close by. Dropped off the car and they fixed everything up while i was
waiting, great service, was bit costly but needed my car, they didnt ask questions, just did the job and
i was ready to go

I have an old Renault that I purchased 2nd hand. I've had a few(!) issues with it, and the guys have always been able to fix it in a timely manner, and at a really reasonable price. I've had the car since Jan 09, and it's already been in to the Ultratune team about 5 times, but it's always due to new issues arising rather than old ones reappearing...! For visitor comfort, there's an upstairs lounge if you'd like to wait while they do repairs. They don't mind if you stroll down with your dog either - I walked down to pick up my car one really hot day. It was boiling out - about 36degC, so I tied her up outside in the shade. When the receptionist realised I had a dog out there, she suggested I bring her in to the air-conditioned comfort of the reception area. My dog loved that and veg'd out on the tiles while we waited till the car was ready :)

Went there for new car service due to dealer charging a fortune,. Same job, half the price, completed while I waited. Found staff to be genuine and courteous. Gave good advice and alternatives.
