I attend this gym and have been a member for about a month. The staff weren't particularly helpful in signing me up although I only have good things to say about the actual gym. It is a tad busy, which is expected considering it is the only gym on campus although the equipment is easy to use. It is a bit small but there are lots of machines to use. The classes are my favourite though, the PT are interactive and helpful.

I have been using this gym since I was a uni student, i.e. 16 years ago. The front counter staff are always friendly and greet you by your name. The gym and cardio studio are fabulous. The weights room is not air conditioned just the way I like it. It should not be aircond because working out is all about the pump and the sweat not the air cond comfort other gyms offer. None of that leotard cladded social club stuff. The exercise physiologists are very knowledgeable. Better than all the others out there. Most of the others like commercialised fitness centres are there for the money and very pushy. The variety of classes are great. The equipment very varied. The only gym with platforms and for serious work out. Don't change anything you have at the moment. Keep up the great work!!!!

Been to this gym for a number of different classes. The gym is not as flashy as some of the more expensive ones but has everything you need and my instructor was lovely, even helping to correct my technique when I was a bit off

Fantastic service, the service guys there are greet you with the nicest complements ever. I would definitely go there again and again for working out and the gym.

It was great that when I took up a course they kept in contact by email advising of any changes. The instructors tailored the course to the input of the class and the price was cheap for 9 weeks worth of classes. The facilities are good, although not the newest there is. I was happy with the level of care given by the instructors and staff.
