I went to Urban Automotive in Epping to have my leaking radiator fixed and also to have a major service done. The staff were very friendly. The mechanic was very informative on what he had to do to my car and how much it would cost to get it fixed. And that's all he charged me!

He gave me a very good price, I know that because I already had a quote from another shop for the same work with same parts. Clearly the customer service I got here was better than other shops and certainly value for money. At the end of service, they washed my car as well. I am very happy with their work.
