Friendly staff, amazing service. I don't understand how they've received bad reviews - I've been here for a while now and never have I had a bad experience. My shellac always lasts for ages and they take care of my nails very well.
PROS: good nail shape, clean and pleasant shop, affordable. CONS: messy polish, unfriendly almost rude staff, staff often spoke in foreign language in front of customers even though they could all speak english, unorganised, very understaffed and told every customer to wait 10 minutes but took much longer, rushed and poor quality pedicure. Overall would definitely not recommend or go again. Not a satisfied customer :(
They opened a few months back so the store is quite new. I came here with a couple of girlfriends yesterday and they took care of us all very well. The salon is very sterile, the staff are friendly and they perfected the nails and waxing services. My girlfriends and I would highly recommend!
do not recommend going here!! quality was shocking thestaff cut quite a few cuticles to short creating cuts which are now very sore.... the try to get customers in and out as quick as possible
