The verandah is fantastic. Exactly what was discussed and what we wanted. The workmanship is great and the end product looks fantastic. I highly recommend Utter Gutters.

NOT recommended - Paid $1,540.00 for a Pergola water leak in Dec 2020 and reported unsatisfactory work on 9/2/2021 after experiencing 1st rain. No results after 25 phone and text conversations. Needed to contact Consumer & Business Services for assistance and had the work fixed on 21/5/2021. Just not good enough, terrible customer service.

Installed a lovely new Stratco Pavillion from Utter Gutters Quick turn around time. Ease of communication with management and trade/admin departments. Helpful sales consultants with meaningful advice. Competitive quote backed with a long standing guarantee and warranty. Tradesmen were dilligent, timely, productive & courteous. Cleaned up worksite afterwards and our new pergola looks amazing. Highly recommend.

Firstly your team replaced all of our gutters, complete with gutter guard. Tradesmen were qualified which showed in there completed works arrived on time and very polite. This year is the first time we haven't had our gutters over flowing.
As this first installation was competitively priced and faultless we then engaged team utter gutters to install our Stratco Pavilion. 2 great Australian company's 'Stratco' and 'Utter Gutters' working together installing our inside outside entertaining area. A large old pergola and veranda needed to be removed which was not very accessible. Nothing too hard for Utter Gutters. The Pavilion is now complete materials and workmanship faultless.
Our $50,000 investment has been seen by our families who are now looking into the installation of a Pavilion via Utter Gutters.

Utter Gutters are a very professional Company who stand by their word and committment to the customer. Dont use utter gutters!

Quoted professional and reasonably priced so accepted.... Unfortunately all down hill from here!

Misquoted lead times led to great frustrations. When attemps made to follow up i was always told by reception that she was unsure, and someone would call back. No one ever did. 5-6 calls were made over 3 weeks. No call back received. The gutters just showed up with a company sign slapped in my fence (no permissions given).

Finally demolition took place, but by father of installer, as Luke (his son) decided to take a surpruse holiday the week my install was to take place. Plants left broken and squashed all around house. Little care taken. Didnt make a big deal at this stage, but still not impressed.

Then finally came the install. At first i was happy, but then came the rain and the roof leaks. I called Luke Harrison (installer) and advised of leaks. He came out Monday (2 days later) to look. He filled my roof with silicone and left. Days later more rain and more leaks. Called Luke again and he said the issue wasn't his. Apparently my roof always leaked, and it had nothing to do with his work. (Funny, as the leaks only started after his job...) I i replaced the siliconed tiles with spare ones i held as per advice of Luke, but roof still leaked.

Called utter gutteds direct and after a few attempts finnally spoke to a manager (they do exist!). He backed up Luke, but said he would send out the man who quoted to have a look.

Ironically, my neighbour had a friend round who was a roofer. He popped on my roof and had a look. He put some capping ends on gutters, adjusted the fall and replaced around 15 more un-siliconed, cracked tiles that followed the gutter line. Surprise, surprise.. no more leaks!

Now, i cant post photo's on this forum, but just to clarify, when i say leaks, i mean water dripping down my walls and out of a door bolt. Do u seriously think this was existing utter gutter! Get real!

Do yourself a favor... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We are senoirs who paid over$22,000.00 for a carport we have big problems with it, they have been out on several occassion to repair the leaks but seem to be unable to do so. We hope to get a group of dissatisfied customer together with a view to taking a class action against this company. I had to rate the company to continue however my true rating is -10 [email protected]

Do yourself a favor and use someone else. Worst service ever, the only thing they do quick is send the bill, and do not pay it before the job has been done and rubbish taken away. THE WORST COMPANY WE HAVE DEALT WITH.....

Don't, just don't, They're great at taking your $$$ for installation, but any follow-up service is like pulling teeth. Had them out once as my verandah is leaking, they used expanding foam and I'm still left with a leaking verandah. They 'say they do' but they take no responsibility. I'm again waiting for the inadequate service team to call me....

If I could do zero or negative stars I would. A horrible company with horrible customer service and zero follow up when needed. Trying to contact them is ridiculous, they almost never return phone calls even when promised and if they ever do get back to you they're rude and condescending. The work they did was sub par, rain is pouring inside the house much worse than the tiny drip that was happening before they "fixed" the roof. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I am a concierge and have this place numerous times (through-out the week and on weekends) with no success on behalf of my client. In July, my client asked me to call them regarding some diverters they installed back in March of this year as one is jammed and the other has been installed the wrong way. Too date - all I have managed to do is to speak to a receptionist during the week and a guy that holds down the forte on the weekend with both of them promising me that someone would contact me the following day to make an appointment to no avail. Quoting is good. Getting the job done is fine. Getting the job done right and after sales services is appalling.

we had some gutter work done to our roof / verandah last year may. This year with so much rain over the last few weeks, the leakage occurred again. we spent $2500 last year and this year we got a quote from an independent guy and had the roof fixed for $900 and he did three times the amount of work that Utter Gutters did. Very disappointed in the quality of work performed, and the cost of the project. To tip it off, the work was delayed for two weeks.......
