I have to totally agree with EllyC. I was promised the world when I joined up, but was literally hounded out of the gym by the over zealous sales staff. Things started poorly when they took away the bike racks straight after I joined. Why?

But though they have a variety of classes, but like the Spin bike classes, you are totally cramped literary on top of each other. The one Yoga class was awful (but since it was only one, it's hard to paint them all with the same brush).

I will say in the first two weeks I think I was interrupted during every workout by the sales staff. And it was because of this I ended up cancelling my membership. Much better value for money elsewhere.

Wow, by the sound of it, the place is horrible. They're doing everything to lose their business. I am not sure if the gm knows what the sales team are doing to the business.

Hi Parge, as stated on EllyC's review, we would likely avoid any establishment who employs over zealous staff. Clearly, their actions are driving consumers away. Hopefully, management will read these reviews and alter their tactics, as this would be to their long-term benefit. Thanks for the heads-up! Reeces

130 classes per week - Brazilian dance, Belly dancing, Hot yoga plus so many more! State of the art equipment and friendly staff! Highly qualified Personal Trainer! Huge complex so you don't have to wait long for an equipment. Although hard to find parking! But since i work in the City, its very convenient to go after work. The change room is kept very clean as well.

Approximate cost: $80

A brilliant concept, offering loads of different dance, aerobic and yoga classes. Not the usual boring gym environment, a really new, bright and energetic place. Staff wonderful and class times very varied so caters for all.

OMG everyone beware the sales staff literally jump on you to sign up!! I'm there to work-out and if I find the gym, facilities and the classes are good, I will be back. I don't need all the staff not willing to give me back my drivers' licence and calling me everyday for the next year!! Really bad service. There must be a better way of doing business.

Hi EllyC, over zealous employees are an instant turn-off for us and we would likely avoid such a place based on this fact alone. Thanks for the heads-up! Reeces

4 floors of fitness! with so many classes to choose from - dancing, circuit, pilates, spin, group aerobics there's no reason to NOT exercise. The gym is never jammed packed with people so you have the freedom to move. Facilities and equipment are state of the art. You could spend a whole afternoon watching foxtel on the exercise bikes if you wanted to. The dance classes are so much fun and a deceptively great workout.

Approximate cost: $140
