After my initial consultation with Stratos for a full house install, I was immediately impressed with his passion, knowledge and creativity. Stratos communication and planning around ordering in prep for my new house was spot on. Install went to plan and measurements perfect considering our carpet and flooring wasn't laid for measure and quote. A total of 4 plantation shutters, 4 sets of Veri-curtains and 7 honeycomb blinds required. Stratos understood my brief and budget and I was pleasantly surprised with my quote coming in under budget. Master installer Terry did the full install in 1/2 day with all being an exact fit.
I'm now living with luxury window coverings and couldn't be happier.

I decided to take a chance and go local to get a quote for a whole house, covering security doors and window coverings. I thought they would not be as competitive as the big guys. I was wrong. Stratos worked with me to ensure that I got the right blinds for my unevenly sized windows (they were a perfect fit). He also helped me to colour match with the existing blinds we had in place (they were a perfect match). Stratos's customer service is exemplary, and the quality and value of the product are at least as good as any on the market. Delivery to Melbourne went without a hitch and they were simple to put up.
