Vacanza Pizzeria in Surry Hills is amazing, I read about it last week on SMH which had a write-up on the best pizzerias in Sydney and decided to try it out myself last night. This place was brilliant in every way serving up very authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas. They used freshest ingredients which were of high quality and their pizza bases are incredible. The atmosphere at Vacanza is warm and inviting and the decor is cool. Vacanza is the perfect place for catching up with a group of friends and sharing pizzas. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals here and I personally, will be eating here again very soon, I recommend to anyone who appreciates really good pizza!
