I joined them in August. The surveys ae pretty good and, if you keep in mind that some of the points can be pending for up to a month, they are credited pretty fast. Reward cards can take a while to be issued, however, I did receive ane-mail to confirm that they were processing them as they had run out of cards and arrived within a couple of weeks (i.e. Nov claims were received in Jan)

I have been a member of Valued Opinions for a good couple of years now and I've always found the website easy to navigate and surveys easy to complete. It is really the luck of the draw how much you earn and if you are accepted on surveys but you can expect to earn between 50 cents and $5 on most surveys... once you reach $20 you may claim a gift card for several outlets such as Coles, Dymocks, jbhifi etc...

In all the time I have been a member I think I have received my gift card with in the 28 days period perhaps 40% of the time. I find that I am constantly having to contact them when I have not received the gift card...

Now I live in Newcastle.. the cards are sent from Sydney it takes no more than 2 days worse case senario for anything to get here from Sydney so I do not understand why it takes more than 28 days to get the card... When inquiring about this I am always told "you must wait 28 days" regardless of what I have emailed them asking... I have asked directly why there as been a delay or when/as my card been sent only to be told it is on it's way... it is very frustrating.

I only cash in one gift card at a time as I find I am always waiting.. I claimed a card on the 8th Dec still not recieved it yet on the website "Star Member Rebecca" claims cards are received within 10 days of claiming them.. my experience no no they are not...

Quality.. No frill it's just another survey site.
Service.. Horrendous!! Like automated robots are the responses...
Value.. It's free it can't get better than that!
Overall.. Service is the let down!!

I been a member of Valued Opinions for a year I have not had a any problems. They send gift cards out within the given timeframe. I get lots of survey invites. They also reply to emails.

I have been doing surveys on this website for a long time now and i must say getting rewards is quite easy.the rewards for each survey vary between 0.5 and 6$ and lots of giftcards that you can redeem are available like wish, jbhifi etc

Payment is marked "pending" for up to a week after completion, and your total reward, in monetary terms, is displayed prominently via a sliding scale on your home page.

Redemptions can be made once you reach $20.00, however direct deposits and PayPal transfers are not an option. You can choose from one of a number of $20.00 gift cards, including Coles, Woolworths, Sanity, Hoyts, Bunnings Warehouse, JB Hi-Fi, Supercheap Auto, Dymocks and iTunes, amongst others. Unfortunately I seem to be frequently screened out from surveys on this site, more so than many others. Perhaps it's my socio-economic status or the fact that I'll always drive a second hand car :)

I used to be a member of this survey site, but after a gift card reward dispute with them, I decided to unsubscribe from this site. I have been a survey panel member for years now and I always keep track of my gift cards coming. I sent emails to them to check the status of my survey reward and they replied back that it was already sent but I know for sure that didn't received it. I didn't know what happen to it. But I am also a member of 9 other survey sites, but I have no problem at all with receiving my rewards from them. Only from valued Opinions. Not a good experience for me.

This is a really well paying site, they have a huge amount of surveys available however I get a lot of screen outs. Most surveys can't be accessed via mobile device which I find disappointing as I like to do these on the go. However one of my favourites.

One of the best. I have redeemed so much (OK I'm not rich yet)but its great to get a small reward every now and then for giving my opinion . My only wish is they give pay pal rewards
