Pros: I've got troublesome curly hair, and every haircut I've had here has been perfect. I do tend to stick to simpler hair-styles but have also seen some amazing and out-there do's being created here too, for other customers. Cons: Price. Location is noisy and feels like a warehouse rather than a salon. And recently my stylist hasn't made me feel welcome or relaxed. Bit awkward, but as I said, I get a haircut I'm happy with every time.

This is my fav salon. Great cutters, colourists and stylists. Upbeat and friendly atmosphere, where all ages are welcome and feel comfortable. Vanessa leads the troups and she is great. It is easy to see why she has been in the business for so long. Her customer service skills are great and she has that wonderful ability to make you feel as if you are the only one that matters. I would recommend this salon particularly to any one who feels like an ugly duckling because you will come out the door looking like the swan. Great place, wonderful people. Consession prices for those on a pension.
