Love love love every visit and hair experience with Vault Hair. One of my self pamper indulgences which makes me happy and feeling so beautiful and confident. I am still surprised I get so many compliments even months after due to their amazing colour and cutting wizardry under Tess' magic.

Whenever I feel like treating myself, I give myself over to the wonderful team at Vault Hair. They seriously know hair and their creativity, friendliness (from other clients too) makes each visit a pleasure. I have only ever had Tess cut my hair, and it's been over 20 years. I still receive compliments on the "amazing cut" from strangers at coffee shops months after my cut! I try to fit in an oil treatment with every hair appointment and notice the bounce and gloss my hair gets even though I regularly colour my hair (got to keep the greys away!).

Every hair cut/hairstyle I've ever walked out from my session with Tess, Creative Director of Vault Hair, has always drawn compliments and better still made me feel beautiful (even when I was undergoing cancer treatment). As the client, you feel valued, they really engage you and bring you on your own hair journey, explaining the process and give you hair care advice. The atmosphere is fun and creative. Though every team members fabulous, my tip is to book your first session with Tess as the way she uses her scissors is a sight to behold. I've witnessed some amazing hair rescues from shocking cuts/and colours (done elsewhere) and not surprised the salon is full of happy clients with gorgeous hair.
