Chose 2 Honeycomb blinds to fill a short long window in a child's room. Ordered on line after discussing with a representative. Then waited and waited. One blind showed up but the other one went on a trip around south east Queensland. No help from the company in getting the blind delivered. Very frustrating as I was on a timeline and all the other reports suggested a timely process. Would not purchaser again from Veneta.

A big one for me is customer service. From choosing, ordering colour samples, purchasing, installing and after the blinds are up, the Veneta guys were there making sure we are happy with everything. We've just redecorated and wanted to replace 10 very tired-looking Roman blinds with a more contemporary look. We researched a number of companies including bricks & mortar suppliers but their prices were almost double Veneta's. We settled on a mixture of Honeycomb light filter and blockout blinds and couldn't be happier with the look and quality. Pesky COVID extended delivery time by a week, but the tracking info kept us up to date. Fitting them was very simple and quick. Very good communication, quick to reply and address any queries we had. The honeycomb blinds arrived pretty quickly and they are easy to install. Only thing would be if you have a metal frame you do need to buy your own screws. We got the measure insurance and highly recommend it as we did have issues with some of our blinds, which were our mistake but Veneta Blinds were quick to help us and send replacements. Highly recommend them.

I purchased Timber Venetian for my living room, kitchen, and bedroom. I absolutely fell in love with these well-made fancy blinds. I needed some time to figure out to install it for the first time but once I tried one, I found it very easy to install. Two of the blinds are very big running nearly maximum width allowed. They are not completely closed somehow but still look good. I also ordered Honey comb blinds from Veneta Blinds and can't wait to see them in my house.

We purchased and installed ourselves 3 honeycomb blinds (one was a top/down) and one long roller blind. They installed perfectly! If you follow the measuring instructions and use the web site it's easy to order. After ordering the service was excellent, even letting us know the impact of delays in China with production of honeycomb blinds. I recommend ordering samples so you can check the colour. I just purchased 6 internal venetian blinds for my motorhome. I measured the windows myself using the guideline supplied by Veneta. When I received them I was very happy with the packing of the blinds as there was no damage to them at all. I installed the blinds myself without any problems using the supplied guide again from Veneta, all blinds fitted perfectly and look great. To wrap up the blinds were value for money and would not hesitate in recommending to others.

Quality of their product is outstanding and their costumer service has been the best I have encountered in a long time. So far we have purchased 7 smart fit honey comb blinds and three roller blinds. They fit perfect and look fantastic.

I’ve ordered blinds in stores and online before and have never had the kind of quality and service like I have with Veneta. The ordering process was super easy via the website but then Phil followed up to double check the dimensions with me and lucky he did because my measurements were off! Then I received updates on the manufacturing and shipping, along with follow up emails on my order and warranty certificate. I own a business myself and have taken note on how great Veneta’s communication and customer service is - I think we’re going to up the game in our workplace too now!
