Veneta Blinds was extremely easy to deal with. Once I had measured the spaces I was able to order the venetian blinds. They arrived within two weeks and were very simple to install. Liz and Paul are unique in patience and support. I bought 25 blinds, $5k. Big investment in trust. It paid off. I saved big time as my other quotes were $12 k or more. I stuffed up the measure for two windows. Liz was calm, she got it sorted in 3 days. No cost to me. They are a small Australian business and I like them.

We have recently purchased a pair of double cell top up bottom down blinds from Veneta blinds. We were very happy with the service provided. We had a couple of questions that answered promptly. After placing our order online Veneta phoned us to confirm the details. How many other online vendors would do that. The blinds took 2 weeks to arrive from the order day very well packaged and easy to put up. Cannot recommend Veneta Blinds enough!

The Service was great. Ordered online then got a phone call shortly after to confirm the measurements. Curtains were delivered within 2 weeks and got a recommendation for an installation firm who were there the same day at a more than reasonable cost. Curtains are great and the room is so dark now its unbelievable, its a big double window that had street lights coming through, but not any more. So happy.
