Worst experience ever ... do not listen to what you want to do . I wanted acrylic and pedicure , manicure but after finishing my they told me no time for your nails ... plz come another day .. why did they take me in then ... super disappointed pedicure was ok ... manicure lasted for just 5 minutes it was soo quick... utter waste of 45 dollars

Absolutely the worst salon in the whole of Sydney. Rude Rubbish and dreadful service. Then I was over charged! AVOID

Don't go to this salon and waste your time and money on the horrendous service! I could do my own nails better. They tell you to "pick s colour" and wait and then you wait for 20 mins!! Then they tell you to sit in the pedicure chair which is dirty, the massage machine doesn't work and then you wait and wait and wait for another 20 mins by which time your feet are shrivelled up prunes! They rush everything and are understaffed, the foot towel was cold and wet and the colour they used was old and gloopy! Dont ever bother to make a book in as you still have to wait for ages!
When my sister had finally finished her mani and pedi we noticed after an hour or so that the nail polish started to bubble and it looked really awful so she went back to ask them if they could redo it for her and they made her cry and shouted at her. They wanted to charge her and said they never gave refunds and if she wanted them re doing she had to go back in an hour!
Overall a terrible salon that didn't know what customer service/satisfaction is. I will never go back or recommend it to anyone.

I know these types of places aren't that flash but this place was the worst. The mat placed in front of me dirty. Everything is covered in a thick layer of dust/nail shavings. Nail polish stains. The whites tips of my nails crocked and poorly filed. Another customer came in to fix her nails that had fallen off after only three days and they dared to charge her $25 to it. Appalling!!
When the nail
Technician pulled at the skin under the white tip of my front it caused it to tear skin and bleed.
Will not be going back.
