A large range of lessons are available from a large range of swimming teachers. They also have two pools, a small one for smaller children, and a large pool for more intermediate swimmers. There are also multiple waiting areas for parents/guardians to just sit down and relax. The staff are also very friendly and always willing to lend a hand.

I love this gym. A very relaxed atmosphere and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The swimming lessons for children are exceptionally well done. And the water is lovely and warm for the little ones. They have a small pool for the lessons which makes the children feel safe.

Wow What a great friendly centre ,Its very family orientated and the staff make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.

Took out 14 day trial membership at $14. They generally offer a great range of cardio classes and a good boxercise class. The actual site is basic compared to other gyms. Their package rates are a little expensive compared to some. They have many great facilities including the heated pool and childcare but the pricing/packages put me off.

Have been a member for years. Gym + pool on one premises is great. Quite old and unglamorous which is why I like it. Can't stand Gyms full of uptight fanatics dressed in designer gear with a full face of makeup!!

Large gym, very clean facility's, the gym has a heated indoor pool and even offers swimming lessons to children, it had a section where women can work out and offers many activities and programs throughout the day from aqua aerobics to yoga.
