Had to spend 15 minutes going around the car with the detailer to get him to get all the dirt and rub marks off the vehicle. what we were told after the Ceramic coating was to only use Micro Fibre cloths after foaming (which was not done) you tell a customer one thing then not do it at detailing, and using a dirty cloth was not inpressive
I had a detail Ceramic finish done, what an amazing job, highly recommended.
Michelle and the guys were a pleasure to deal with, will be going back.

You cleaned my hubbys car and we had a g string in there which wasn’t mine that I found in the boot. Thanks for doing the amazing clean turns out he was cheating on me with another woman.
I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone as my car was not I cleaned to the standard as described by the employee when I booked it in .Also charged alot more than quoted and not told
Yes they came and recleaned a second time but still left dirt and fluff around seats not worth $445 a big ripoff could of done myself to the standard of the clean or taken to shopping centre car wash and paid way less

To ensure everyone gets a holistic view of this situation I note the following:
- Your Mazda CX-3 is a Medium sized car, I understand that you think it is the same size as a Mazda 2. We discounted you and charged you the rate of a small car. $345.00 Plus the paint touch up of $99.00
- You are right, there were some small spots missed hence why we came back first thing the next morning and rectified this.
- My staff member at the time asked you to check the vehicle over prior to them leaving and you did not want too.

I would advice that u get a written quote from this company as I didn’t.
The car was detailed to a just above average standard for the money it cost me.
Approximate cost: $450
We were very impressed with Rick and his team with the recent clean and wax of our motorhome. The roof due to being parked under trees in a moist environment for the couple of months of lockdown resulted in built up of dirt and mould. Rick has a can do attitude, pleasant demeanor and provided a fantastic result.
