I often use Virgin Airlines when travelling locally and sometimes internationally. I found the airline ideal for flights to Melbourne and Brisbane, with prompt service and friendly staff. Recently treated to complimentary wine and snacks as a courtesy. The cost of flights is very reasonable and you get value for money. I use the Virgin Lounge as well when I have time to spare between flights and it's great to freshen up then relax with a soft drink or coffee while I catch up on email.

Virgin Blue is always the only choice when I travel. They are always pleasant, very helpful (I am often in a wheelchair) and the value for money is the best. The service is top notch and doesn't compare to any other carrier in Australia. Sure you can get cheaper but not with the same kind of service Virgin Blue provide.

As far as we're concerned, there IS no other domestic airline! Trust Sir Richard to provide great service at excellent prices. We're never disappointed and always enjoy our experience. In the past when we've flown Jetstar, we've invariably been let down, angered, frustrated and felt like mere numbers.

Virgin know how to treat customers and they never make you feel like 'budget' passengers. From researching flight times/prices through to landing and picking up your luggage, everything is made as effortless as possible. It's not always perfect but the benefits far outweigh the minor disappointments.

We have been using only Virgin for the last ten years and no other airline in that time. The staff are polite and courteous at all times. If there is a delay you are always notified and told why and approximate time of delay.We have also had quite a few cheap flights which are good when you are a senior.

Virgin is always my preference when flying in Australia. They have great deals, a great rewards program, and a great, budget service.

Virgin is my preferred domestic airline carrier, there flight prices are consistent and I find them cheaper than competitors. Call Centre staff are so helpful with there are any bookings issues

Good cheap flights! Good availability. Able to accommodate my two dogs as required which is a blessing. Friendly staff.

I like virgin, they have a great attitude towards kids and always make it easy to keep them entertained on flights. Seating at the back is good because you are close to the toilet, a big plus when traveling with kids!

For a budget Airline they still provide great service. And the price is always right. Even on the longer international flights the planes were comfortable.
