we use to be with Virgin but we found we use to lose reception a lot .and some bills weren't priced right.we have moved to another service and have not had any troubles with our phones since.

Virgin mobile offer more competitive prices and products compare to others service providers. The signal of virgin mobile is quite alright.

I used to be with virgin, but I found that drop-outs were much more regular. Also it just doesnt have the compatibility that the bigger telco's have with alot of offers, like Telstra and Optus.

The staff were lazy and didnt help with my issue. They just told me that they'd have to send it off but didn't do further analysis on it and didnt even look at it.

Absolutely brilliant. I regretted switching from Virgin to Vodafone when I found out how terrible Vodafone was. I'll go back to Virgin as soon as my contract with Vodafone ends.
