Having bought and sold 3 properties now with the financial guidance of Katrina and the team at Vision Finance Australia, I can very confidently say that this step is a MUST in any persons buying or selling plan.

Before I even list my property, I always organise a meeting with Katrina where she goes through a Sell then Buy document. This outlines all the figures involved with the process from start to finish, so there are no surprises, and you know exactly how much you are dealing with. This gives you a clear view of your budget right from the start, and a great sense of confidence to be looking at properties in the right price bracket.
