I went in-store for a look at some blinds for my new home, although there were many to choose from. I found that most were far too expensive, compared to other stores I've visited. But I bought 3 anyways, because I thought the quality was better. Communication was horrible as they didn't come on time, did a poor job of installing the blinds and were very rude. Overal, I wouldn't recommend Vista.

Dealing with Vista Blinds was a nightmare. A job that was supposed to take 3 to 4 weeks took 5 months. There were mistakes, delays, confusion and a whole lot of stress. I sent complaint letters that were often ignored. I was given a discount half way through the process due to problems, however after I had paid the final installment there were more problems. I complained again and got no reponse. I took Vista Blinds to Consumer Affairs. They refused to admit any responsibility as I had signed the customer care form without outlining the outstanding issues. The result of the consumer affairs case was that they offered me $10. I declined to accept this. I urge anybody thinking about using Vista Blinds to go elsewhere. This is a situation where cheap is not best.
