I have the site bookmarked - lots of info about vitamins and other supplements, the food groups, nutrition of foods and calculators (you can work out the calories you burn by diferent exercises). This is an excellent web site, it has heaps of information about all the vitamins, minerals and amino acids we need to take - exactly how much we need of each. And they have all these calculators so you can see how much weight you need to lose (if any). Plus they have all these health conditions. I love it because when I need to find out my BMI I can do it easily, plus I can check out how much of each food group I need to have in a day. It's a pretty good reference.
