I was served by a really nice guy as I arrived from overseas to Perth and needed a new sim for my mobile as I had just come from overseas. I was a bit disappointed however when I received no reception for most of my 2 weeks travelling in WA when I bought the sim at perth airport. I think this should have been highlighted. I have now moved to melbourne and still have some coverage issues in country vic, but mostly fine. Annoying to have no reception in Monkey Mia at all when everyone else did because they were on telstra.
