They fixed my DPF for $1000 instead of $7000 to $13000 quoted from dealer machanics. Found the cause ,regenerated the PDF which was 95% blocked and 4 years later everythings good

Took my car to replace chain tensioner, instead of fixing my car they damaged it. Broke my wheel fender and tried to hide it by gluing it together.They didn’t even tell me!
Also paid for service and they didn’t even bother filling up my coolant. Lazy workers and owners doesn’t even care. Beware, stay away!!

Took my VW in on Feb 9, 2016. Very impressed with their communication and quick resolution of my problem. Pricing was very reasonable. I've been to quite a few mechanics and VW dealers but this place will have my return service. Cheers.

I've been going to Volkspower for 2 years. I find them honest, easy to deal with, get the job done at the right price, no salesman bulls**t. Highly recommended.

Volkspower have become my only VW service centre after multiple bad experiences with dealer servicing. They know their stuff, are cheaper, easier to deal with and seem completely honest. They are always busy (can take some time to get booked in). Their waiting room is a bit spartan and their location is not as convenient if you need public transport but it is worth the hassle.
