I went in there to test drive a Golf. They were not like the other VW dealers who ride along with you during the test drive. They gave me the keys and told me to enjoy the ride! A little while later I came back and discussed pricing with them.

They weren't like other car dealers, they didn't pressure me or make me feel guilty for walking away. Because of this, I came back and they did a very good deal for me.

The car was ready within a week. Unfortunately they delivered the WRONG colour, but were able to rectify the situation very quickly. I drove away very happy with their service.
