Zandra was great. Didn't expect much based on service from other car rental third party companies, but the price and more importantly the service was outstanding, even for booking changes. Will definitely use again.

Terriffic! Always find the best prices through the website, service is great (chat option is perfect, email too slow though)),too easy to have a booking amended. Only thing that needs improvement is a filter to use to search for vehicles with specific capacities (not just categories, but nr of passengers)

Booked online...so easy, however I made an error. Rizz (online chat help) got me a new quote...gave some great advice to keep the cost down and rebooked for me and cancelled the old booking. Thanks Rizz you made it so simple...your service was beyond excellent!!!

Booked a camper van through V V V out of Darwin 11 - 18 May. Rental was with Apollo but very confusing who you are dealing with - Cheapa Camper, Real Value AU, Apollo or V V V. Found this very deceiving and cost more than doubled when went to pick up camper. Customer service from Apollo appalling and poor response from V V V. Be sure you know who you are dealing with and what the total cost is. Never again.

Firstly, I've never written a bad review for anyone before, but I felt that the treatment (or non-treatment) that we received warranted this write up.

We tried to book a campervan online. On their website it says they will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. 2 days later, there was still no contact. When I called them for the third time they answered the phone and told me that they only just received my booking the night before. So, was my online booking floating around the internet for a whole day before landing with them?? I decided to let this go and then tried to ask how the booking was going. They said they would get onto it and call me back in up to 4 hours. Nothing. I called them the next day and they gave me some excuse about not being able to get in touch with the company that we had picked for the van rental. Fair enough, but if I'm the paying customer I expect to not have to do all the chasing up of communications. Terrible communication, poor excuses and very bad customer service over the phone. Seems like it was all too much of a bother for them to book a van - although isn't this their job?

Ended up losing 3 days of booking time which meant that when we just decided to ring around the individual companies a lot of the vehicles had already been booked out in this time. So to cut a long story short, you are much better off doing the leg work yourself! Just don't bother, cut out the middle man and do it yourself!

I have used VroomVroomVroom several times in Australia over the past few years and always had a great experience. The rates you get are great and much lower than what you would get when trying to rent directly through the car rental company. I have tried to campare and there is no doubt.
In connnection with my latest car rental I had a problem with Hertz not willing to accept the rates that I had booked for. But VroomVroomVroom helped me out taking up the case very professionally - ensuring that I got what VroomVroomVroom promised in the booking I had made.
Based on my own experience, I warmly recommend VroomVroomVroom and will stay as a loyal customer myself.

I just booked a car with vroomvroomvroom and it was ridiculously easy. They compared all the car rental companies so i didn't have to ring around. My friend who is going to the same wedding and hired a car for the same time booked with thrifty and paid more! I guess being lazy paid off!!

I always use VroomVroomVroom website to compare the prices and cars available for hire. They are always great and easy to book or cancel your booking. I recently used chat when I was having a challenge due to my own mistake when I entered the search terms and they located the error and assisted me to be successful. I highly recommend them.

This online business allows you to enter the dates that you require a car rental for and to select the type of car that you want to hire all over Australia. You can then compare all of the main car rental companies prices for the information that you have entered. I have used compared these prices to the actual car hire companies' websites and cannot find prices cheaper than the ones on offer from Vroom Vroom Vroom.

You can make the booking request online and they forward the information onto the car hire company that you have chosen to go with. I have used them twice to actually make bookings and both times when I went to the car hire booths at the airport everything was fine and I was able to get the cars I had requested.

These guys compare all the major car rental brands. So much easier than shopping around trying to compare each one individually. Plus they actually have real live people to talk to if you need help! I've hired a couple of cars with them, and even had to cancel a booking before which was so simple (and didn't cost anything). Definitely recommended!
