you might get a greeting when you walk in, ask for a product and they wave you off in a general direction to search for yourself. if you still can't find it it is just a 'oh, well' and nothing happens. staff eating lunch at the counter and often engaged in private talk while customers are waiting. Never a smile from staff but from one member. I go elsewhere as often as i can.
