It's like flying free as a bird and the views over the ocean and coast are superb.

Hang Gliding is an amazing thing to do - recommended experience! It not like skydiving, but just as thrilling, I would say its a more gentle experience.

The launch place is a bit hard to find on GPS, but there are instructions on their website to get you to the Bald Hill Lookout.

At the top it is amazing, you can watch other people taking off and check that they make it down to the beach intact. You see nothing but great big grins :)

Take a jacket as the wind is cool sometimes even in summer time.
