service was great item was excellent. only gripe was i wasn't told of import duties as i am in the UK Maybe the web site should have this info as it cost me £65 to receive the watch. Good communication from jack though .

It was in all ways easy to buy. Delivery from other shops is isually less convenient and fast, customs support service is excellent. I was fully satisfied accept the fact that price for same watches at Watchpartners became notably cheaper just in few days after my watch have been delivered. This is ok, have nothing to blame Watchpartners, but personally haven't considered this purchase as a good buy.
