The prices of both watches purchased was very competitive,I checked various alternatives including overseas & none were able to match the pricing,the watches were delivered on time as promised so I believe the service was very good as promised.

I bought a watch from Jack and wasn't satisfied with it and asked if I could return it. "No problem," was the immediate reply. I sent the watch back and got a full refund.
I then asked to be kept in mind if a particular brand/model of watch came back in stock. Jack sent me an email as soon as the model arrived and I went ahead with another purchase, and this time I loved the watch.

Watchpartners were very communicative with every step - from purchase to delivery. Everything went smoothly, and I received my beautiful MAX watch relatively promptly despite the fact it was delivered from Australia to the U.S.

The watch's battery needed replacement after only a week, but Watchpartners offered to reimburse me for the new battery even if it is an issue out of their control. Now THAT is excellent customer service right there!
