Ordered my Christmas ham six weeks ago, went to pick it up and wha-la they didn't have my order. Add to that no apology and a sub standard replacement missing a large piece of the scored skin.
And just to top it off weighed substantially less than what they stated on the label.

I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a high standard in product quality and variety, as well as great service and excellent value for money. As a former assistant butcher it's a great pleasure to find another business with an exacting standard in the products they sell. Good work guys

Good local butcher, they have really good bbq packs that suit the whole family. The place is clean and the customer service is really good. we go there every fortnight to top up our meat needs when we lived in QLD. We now live in Victoria so we miss this great range and service.

This is where I go for great meat, every time, no exceptions. I've moved away from the suburb but still drive back to shop there, it's that good! There is always something new to try and I've never tried anything I haven't loved. The service is quick and friendly and they are always happy to provide cooking instructions if needed. Best Christmas hams ever, great bacon, tasty sausages and melt in your mouth steak. What more do you need from your local butcher and why would you buy from a supermarket? Support the local guys who employ locals and have families of their own, and keep the local butcher around for years to come.

Have just had some of their Murray Valley Pork. It was delicious, tasty and very tender, melt in your mouth stuff. I noticed they had it in their window from masterchef. Top stuff boys keep it up.

Staff always friendly and helpful giving great cooking ideas and advise. I only buy my meat from them because of the quality product. The ready made meals are a winner in my family .All my family and friends love the sausages and ham and are always a winner when having visitors

Their service is always freindly, the meat melts in your mouth. If you are unsure on how to cook a particular meat they will explain it to you and you are not made to feel like an idiot because you did not know.

Great guys. Their meat is consistently good and service is always prompt and friendly. Hams are superb, amongst the best anywhere.

Its like getting good old fashioned service with cheerful friendly service, well presented staff and a clean environment, Will prepare meat the way you need it and usually always have most items. They also offer prepared meals for easy meals if you desire this.
