Dentist very gentle and sympathetic, staff very friendly and helpful, my whole family had a great experiences today with this dental visit! Had booked another check up appointments in 6 months for the whole family! Highly recommended for nervous people like me! :)

Gone a number of times to this dental practice for a check up and clean with Dr Sally Su. The service is good although they tend to fall behind schedule and waiting times can be fairly long. Staff are all really friendly and Dr Su is really caring and attentive during medical procedures.

I began to attend this dentist a few years ago, upon discovering I could use my Medicare dental health plan vouchers here.
I initially saw Dr. Michael Kousari and Dr. Phillip Chen, and I was pleased with their work.

Upon needing braces, my dental care was handed over to Dr. Sally Su, who carries out orthodontic practices. I found that she often completed work in a rushed manner. Whilst I had my braces on, she often did not cut wires properly, causing them to dig into my gum (causing discomfort and bleeding). Upon having an allergic reaction to a product, she insisted continued use until a doctor intervened. She offered an alternative, but never provided it. Her work often caused me to gag and feel sick, more so than any other dentist work I have had. Whilst I have heard positive reviews of her work recently, my personal experience sadly does not reflect this.

Reception staff are friendly and helpful where possible. Most dentists and assistants at this clinic are friendly, patient, and gentle yet thorough in their work. I would likely return
