Just had my car ‘cleaned’ at waves Braddon. What I used to get for $65 would now cost me $115! I opted for an ordinary wash and ‘cursory’ vacuum, and they cleaned the boot for free! Yay! I was offered a ‘complimentary’ interior air fresh! I will need to re-vacuum the interior. My car was NOT dirty to begin with. Will have to re-think this hefty price rise, explained by friendly staff as ‘much cheaper for you!’

I have been going to the Braddon waves location for a long time, supporting local business as I live in Braddon.
I just took my car for a wash as its been about 7 weeks since last wash. I was horrified by the price increase. What cost me $60 last time now cost $85. They wont vacuum my boot as its an extra $10. Will never go back. Shame on you for such a HUGE price increase.

Never use them. My stereo worked before being cleaned but did not when collected. Stereo was still dripping liquid 45 minutes after the vehicle was completed. Then they don’t accept liability. We are going to court.

Do not use this business, last Friday 24th November i been there to wash my brand new TOYOTA HILUX and they charging me $255 dollars and after almost 2 hours finally they handover my car and i saw the driver seat has been damaged and rip the leather seat. i call the person who wash my car (SALEEM) and show him the damages. he told me they insurance look after everything and he or someone call me the next couple days to fix the damages.
They didn't call me at all until today 30th November I contact the Waves wash office to find out what's happening.
They call me back at 11.40 am and telling me the Claim Department not takes any responsibility for damages and i need to spend from my money to fix the damages they done to my car.
Very unprofessional manager and she's very rude and denying about everything's they done to my car.
Do not use Waves car wash as they not care about your property, they only thinking for money and not providing any good services except damage your car.

Do NOT use this car wash..
We took our newly purchased second hand van (granted it was pretty dirty from previous owners) and paid $376 for a full interior detail. What a waste of money, the interior plastics were still dirty when we picked it up and when I pointed this out they claimed we'd have to pay extra to have them wiped over?? After they steam cleaned the interior they used an air gun to blow the dust & dirt out of the seat rails and left the debris all over the carpet??
When we complained to the manager we were treated appallingly and basically told we'd have to pay more to have the problems fixed..
We do not recommend these guys at all, they need to improve their quality of work and customer service.

What a ripoff! Opted for a valet service to be done by handwash, as tunnel washers never do a decent job. On my return, it was obvious it had not been done by hand, as several panels on my car were still dirty & hadn't been washed. Upon my return home, cleaned car myself! Wouldn't return to this place even if it was free, as they obviously didn't give a damn!

Had to get a full valet clean on my car after having dogs in it for a trip. Excellent service and my car was perfectly clean afterwards. Handy having the cafe there for customers as it does take a fair bit of time for the full clean.

I popped in on a Sunday and got the Full Valet. It was not too busy at all so not too long a wait time which was good. Prices are fine for full valet however I have not ever gotten anything else and am not sure how the prices compare. The staff are always helpful and do a great job. My car always comes out spotless inside and out. Will continue to use them!

A fun day out for the whole family - my little girl loved watching our car go through the big, automated part of the car wash on the conveyer belt. She also liked the colouring and toy areas that they had in the cafe for while you wait.

In terms of the actual car wash itself, we got the full service (inside and out). Satisfactory job - although I did notice some little scratches on the duco of the car afterwards (think that this might be more about the quality of paint finish rather than the car wash itself).

You can sign up for a "frequent washers" club which saves some money, they also have a discount for NRMA members.

Approximate cost: $40
