Very convenient booking system and lovely beauty therapists. They make you feel comfortable and do a thorough job, quick and painless which is what you ask for in a waxing salon.

Love their loyalty card and the distracting T.V shows during the waxing, I don't think I would go anywhere else!

waxed have been in Balaclava for about a year now and this is the first time I have been there. (have been to Elsternwick in the past). My appointment was with Xanda. Wow, the best wax I've ever had. What a lovely person Xanda is. Made me feel completely comfortable. Her style and ability are incredible - I felt next to no pain, and I usually am in agony. I had no red lumps afterward and it usually takes a few days for everything to settle down but I was in no pain and the next day everything was perfectly fine. I left feeling amazing.

Very good service and more than that - the flexibility around changing appointment times, location (Balaclava, Elsternwick, Elwood) - with no penalty costs. Key element for people with upredicable schedules. Also, option of after hours service. Mighty pleased with the consistency in service, quality on every visit - and across the branches.

Was very happy with their work. Maybe slightly more expensive than other salons I've been to but it's worth it for all the little extra touches they give you like tv to watch (and distract from the rip!)
