Thought it best to warn other consumers. Having dropped off my vehicle on the Monday afternoon, I had left it with Wayne Park Auto until the following Friday. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that my fuel gage was empty, however when I had dropped the vehicle off that last Monday, I had had 3/4 three quarters of tank of fuel in my vehicle. Also, the engine still on & so, I decided to contact Andrew the manager & explain my findings & the response I received was nonchalant, non-empathetic & very vague. Andrew even asked me to provide proof of purchase of the fuel I had purchased before dropping my vehicle off to their service centre in Milton. After much frustration waiting for Andrew to make a decision, I decided to contact Wayne Park instead, & although he agreed to reimburse my the cost of the missing fuel, he also added that he trusts his team implicitly & there must have been a bunch of Aboriginals hanging around outside the workshop who would be more likely to drain my fuel tank than hid team of reliable mechanics. I had to politely remind Wayne, that if/when a customer raises a similar & legitimate concern about the service they feel they have or have not received, the honourable way to appreciate this position of the customer, is to just listen, & remind the customer of how important their business is to their organisation. Wayne sighed, as if lost for words & stated “Aw yeah, this is all about the customer always being right, isn’t it?”. No Wayne, actually, it’s about demonstrating the ability to display a level of understanding to and for the customer, to prevent them feeling so alienated by the experience, that you end up losing their business altogether. A good business person or business owner doesn’t defend their staff over & above the customers concern. They reassure the customer that they will take steps to identify what exactly happened, instead attempting to make the customer feel like the missing fuel is all a figment of the customers imagination. Incidentally Andrew had confirmed that my vehicle had only done 11km in the time it had spent in the workshop & Andrew insisted that I provide him with three receipts of fuel purchases, so that he could gage if I was telling the truth or not. In the end, Wayne Parks wife emailed me a bank remittance advice receipt for the cost of the fuel, yet seriously folks, what ever happened to just taking responsibility & owning up to the truth. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Consumers, always check & verify your fuel gage before dropping off your vehicle to Wayne Park Auto.

Super fast and efficient, I called and was fitted in immediately. Really great customer service. Would absolutely use again.

Be careful everyone. They replace the parts that you don't need to without asking. If you need to use them, I suggest you to talk to them beforehand and ask them to return the parts that they replaced. If you don't have knowledge about cars, better not to use them.

I jumped in there to find out my car's problem.The services was as good and fast as Japan! I was worried about they lip me off,because I'm not a native english speaker, but they were kind and didn't force to fix other parts.If something happened to my car,I definitely will ask them.

The guys here are absolutely brilliant! Car broke down on friday, they gave me an update each day my car was with them and i went to pick it up today after they had replaced a part and they told me not to pay until we knew that they'd actually fixed it for sure! On the way to work from Wayne park i was involved in a car accident (nothing to do with my car mechanics) and called them afterwards (because obviously i wont be able to test if its working now) and they were genuinely concerned about my wellbeing and told me not to worry about paying the fees until i've got everything sorted out. Absolute legends couldn't ask for better service!
