I bought a 2016 Ecosport, unfortunately one of those with the now well documented powershift problem. It is a pity that I didn't know at the time of purchase that it would give me no end of trouble.
In is my belief that Ford is avoiding the issue of liability to repair, replace or otherwise compensate, by setting the measurement they use to determine unsatisfactory performance way too high. In this way they can say that they do not consider the annoying shuddering in vehicles such as mine to be a problem. The Wayne Phillis service department has been unable to fix it even after 4 attempts, so I have been left with a car with an issue that I really I don't like, and a car that has greatly depreciated in value. What annoys me about Wayne Phillis Ford is that they seem to have given no real support for my case in dealings with Ford Australia, or stepped up to the plate themselves to offer some compromise solution. Some may regard this as their loyalty to Ford Australia, but as a never to return customer, I think that it stinks. I gave it 2 stars, the extra one out of respect for the employees who have to deal with customers who have been abandoned by Ford.

I purchased a 2014 Toyota Hilux from Wayne Phillis Ford. The vehicle itself is excellent and have to date had no problems with it. What I am extremely disappointed about is when purchasing the vehicle they were unable to locate the Service Books. The sales man assured me that they had them and had the complete service history. I purchased the vehicle on the basis the information was correct and true and they would then supply the books when found. To date I still have not received the books with numerous emails going back and forward from the salesman.
Ok you don't have they books. Be honest with me and stop lying to me. Give me a refund for the difference as a second hand vehicle without service books is about $8000.00 less.
I have gotten to the point of lodging a complaint with consumer affairs and contemplating legal action.
I urge you to not trust them!

We have been buying our new vehicles from Wayne Phillis Ford since 2004, and using their service department for even longer.

We wouldn't consider getting our vehicles serviced anywhere else. The staff are always well presented, polite and knowledgeable. Cars are always ready for collection when promised, and phone calls made if there are any unexpected issues found that might affect the quoted price. Kameron deserves a special mention for his ability to listen and act on concerns raised; and for always remembering who we are, and which vehicles we have.

I purchased a Ford Ranger from these guys and found there service very professional and was happy with the deal ,but i am most impressed with their service department they always bend over backward to fit in where possible although a bit on the expensive side I don't mind if me and my car are being looked after

Wayne Phyllis Ford have very helpful and friendly salespersons, they do their best to try and satisfy their customers needs. They provided as much information as possible and answered my questions quickly and accurately.
