Daryl came out to our property for an inspection of the kitchen and tried the hard sell by offering a discount and a take it or leave it approach by trying to sign us up on the spot and demanding an up front deposit of 10%. We requested a written quote which he would not do. This conduct is unethical and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company

We are entirely satisfied with our new kitchen design and installation. The team at WeDoKitchens were efficient and professional and the work was completed in 4 days with minimum disruption. It fully met our expectations and represented good value for money.

Zero rating! Terrible company. Had two drawers that didn’t work, plus a dodgy cupboard door.plus other stuff not done. (Kitchen bin in the wrong place, and no lights under the wall cupboards that were requested at the time of order) . Tried 8 times to get this rectified, in the end was just ignored. Appalling customer service. Wouldn’t touch with a barge pole! The ONLY good thing about this company is the tradesmen they use! They are great!

We Do Kitchens recently installed our new kitchen and we are fully satisfied customers. Daryl is great to deal with. He has a team of reliable tradies who can install a kitchen including complete all electrical, plumbing and tiling work. The whole team is professional and courteous - something that I honestly did not expect.
There was a minor delay in terms of the tiler coming in to install the splashback, however one text/call to Daryl and he sorted the issue out within the day.
I am so glad we found We Do Kitchens, because I thought that a kitchen renovation was out of our budget, but Daryl made my dream kitchen a possibility. Can highly recommend.

The service from start to finish has been fantastic. From our initial phone call through the design and installation could not be happier. The tradies were efficient and polite and Kerry was always happy to answer any queries I had along the way.

I wouldn’t recommend them. They were three hours late on removal day and installation day. Spent most of the time on his mobile and smoking. Charged more than $900 more than the installer who was here for SIX hours. An electric tool owned by my builders apprentice disappeared. They vehemently denied it was taken but after my PUSHING the issue it suddenly appeared. [removed comment] There was a problem with a cupboard - Just wanted to move it even though I knew it couldn’t be moved. Eventually another cupboard was made ([removed name] only one hour late for the next visit) The tradesmen were great [removed comment] They didn’t phone to ask if I was happy with the kitchen! I wouldn’t recommend them if I was paid $1000000.00!! I was very upset about the exorbitant fee charged by the site manager then asked for the cheque to be made out to him not the company.

What a fantastic end result, affordable and timely. Daryl was so very professional and remained flexible and responsive. I can not thank “We do Kitchens” team enough.

If customer service, ownership of service failures and a professional customer centric approach is important to you I would suggest you think twice before going with this company. I would also recommend caution with the contract terms. The trades they used were brilliant . They were professional, punctual and only ever asked for payment when the work was complete. The company and its “project manager” were the only ones we paid up front and the only ones we had issues with getting timely responses to complete the project. We are reasonably happy with our kitchen but not with the service provided. We had issues with a number of components missing or incorrect and overall it took about 6 weeks to get the job to completion. We are 40 days on and Saturday I had an issue with the cooktop. When I called the owner he stated he could not assist until the Monday. Not having received a manual with the unit it was difficult to troubleshoot and has been difficult to download a handbook online not knowing the model number. None of their paperwork gives any information on the appliances sold and we are yet to receive a final invoice from them for monies paid up front.

I am delighted with my new kitchen and very grateful to We Do Kitchens for their expertise and professionalism. I have never undertaken a renovation before, and let's face it, it's a big investment financially. I wasn't sure what to expect but from the outset, Darryl was collaborative, listened to what I wanted and translated it into a beautiful kitchen that I am very proud of. His vast experience in the kitchen business means he can offer valuable insights into what will work, won't work, or might work better in your particular space. His team of tradies is terrific - as so many of the reviews have said, these guys are hard-working, on-time, very tidy and take great pride in their workmanship. The end result is a kitchen that is as functional for me as an enthusiastic cook as it is aesthetically pleasing to me as a fastidious perfectionist - and I love it! When I first obtained quotes to do my renovation, I was courted by fancier salespeople than Darryl - but I had a strong feeling that he wouldn't let me down. So I went with my gut - and Darryl and Kerry and the team delivered.

I highly recommend We Do Kitchens. They were very professional and efficient throughout the entire process of designing, quoting and installing our new kitchen. We went with We Do Kitchens to renovate our outdated kitchen. The quoting process was fast and simple. Once we decided on a design and went ahead, we had a few last minute changes we wanted, which they were more than willing to accomodate, providing alternate ideas and support. I did my kitchen Reno through We Do Kitchens at St Marys in May of 2016. It would include renovating an external laundry, so that it would be an internal one & part of the kitchen. I was told originally that it would take 3 weeks. It took longer than 2 months!

[Redacted name] from We Do Kitchens (WDK), was very nice. He came up with a design that I was very pleased with. I was given 2 prices – one for the kitchen cupboards & then one for the trades. I would have to pay the trades individually. I had no problem with that. I was also told that I would have to get my own painter (that really seems stupid to me, when painting is part of a renovation). I would also buy my own tiles for the floor & the splashback, as well as my appliances.

After signing the contract, I was given NO extra paperwork. [Redacted name] had some sort of worksheet that he worked out the cost of the trades. I was told a certain amount for the trades. I was not given a copy of the worksheet nor was I given a copy of my kitchen design. I have had to ask when I should have my appliances delivered, when to have the painter there. I was given no ‘time table’ of who would be there & when. I was doing all the chasing for each part of the reno.

In summary, I wouldn’t recommend We Do Kitchens. I think the kitchen looks great. I love the layout, but it got to a point that I felt that once they had my money, they didn’t give a damn about my kitchen. Not once has [Redacted name] contacted me or checked out how the kitchen turned out. Their project management style? Seems to me that they have none. We Do Kitchens have just replaced our Kitchen and have done an excellent job. Justin and his crew were all courteous,on time,clean and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Any hiccups or problems were sorted out without any fuss and the project was completed on time, at a reasonable cost, without any extras. Justin must be praised for his overall control of the project and Darryl and Kerrie for their help with any queries we had. The kitchen is a complete Transformation, better than we expected and completed without any of the difficulties we had heard about from other people with their projects. We had We Do Kitchens supply and install a complete new kitchen and laundry and the reno was seamless. Darryl was on time to do the quote, listened and worked with what we wanted, didnt try to sell us what we didnt want/need. The installer Glenn knows his job and does it well - he arrived early morning and worked solid into the evening to complete the install, which was perfect with no rectification work required. Job site left clean and tidy. Our previous kitchen was an uninviting room - it is now the hub of our home and where everyone hangs out. So happy with We Do Kitchens we are returning to have them do a 2nd property for us.

We wanted to give our kitchen a facelift by keeping the carcass and replacing the doors, benchtop and splashback. Darryl came out and gave us a very reasonable quote (all the other companies insisted we would need a whole new kitchen costing thousands more). Darryl coordinated it all so that nothing was a hassle for me. All the tradesmen were excellent. They arrived on time, were polite, did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. The kitchen looks amazing and I am really happy with both the quality and how it looks. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was very happy with my new kitchen, the modern and spacious look, all thanks to We do Kitchens. I had a target date and Darryl of WDK was the only one who promised he will deliver a working, fully functional kitchen and he did minus the splash back. While it took so much longer for the splash back to come, it was all worth the wait in the end. WDK has the best tradespeople working from them, from Jeff the plumber, Luis the sparkie and his team, the plasterer (sorry didn't get his name), and Glenn who did a wonderful job installing the kitchen, they were all prompt, friendly and cleaned up after every job. A very special shout out to Justin, who made it all soo easy for me. I had to constantly call him to coordinate stuff to the point of being annoying but he is ever so helpful. I was very happy with my new kitchen. All the tradesmen were friendly, courteous and turned up when they said they would. They all cleaned up after they had finished and were only too happy to answer my questions and even suggest things I didn't think of. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending We Do Kitchens.
