Good old fashion gym, great service and everything you need. Attractive price point too. No hype, no hassle with all the features you expect from a gym. Good number of machines so I've never had to wait for a machine.

I have just joined this gym, after thinking about it for a while. It is nothing flash, but everything that you need. It even has a women's only gym within the gym. The weekly rate is great value depening on how long you sign up for, it starts at $12.95. I have also just started Personal Training which is good value and the Personal Trainer is fantastic.
