Westral

Westral in my opinion would be the most disgraceful company you could ever deal with. Albert Walmsley is a bully and will threaten you. Steer very clear of this business and man.

They don’t deliver the product that is visually demonstrated by their sales representatives and then advise it meets “Industry Standards” so good look. They have a total disregard for verbal contracts….. yes Albert verbal contracts are legally binding.

Tony installed my Timber window shutters this morning. He was prompt. courteous and did a great job.

Justin Jones was our installer very efficient in his attitude to his job and in his approach and friendliness towards us would request him if we require any more westral products

I hired Westral curtains to replace all my vertical blinds in my house. It’s not been a great experience. The initial meetings are great and the txts to say what’s happening is great but it falls apart after that. I have paid my entire bill but I can’t say I am happy. Three bedroom verticals are to short. Kitchen had to be done twice. Bay window in lounge the same and one curtain is longer than the other two sides it looks ridiculous also blind doesn’t sit right as the screwed in cords are in the wrong place. Rep actually admitted he was in a hurry the day he measured the house . I wasn’t, I waited all day for him. Second appointment to fix mistakes he forgot and didn’t turn up, I took a day off work and waited all day. Now customer service are ignoring me. I guess they are just trading on there reputation. It’s a shame. I have photos if anyone would like to see. I paid because 80 percent of the job is ok. Please be careful I got white verticals and the kitchen had black marks on nearly every slat. Not a good experience.

Avoid! Ordered blinds for my apartment. Two were unable to be installed due to a measurement error. They quoted the job to be complete in two visits, two hours of my time to meet them there and from accepting quote about two weeks to complete instalation. In total it took four months, six visits to my property, 15 hours meeting them there and countless other hours phoning for updates on any progress and writing letters of complaint (which were never responded to). In the end they refused to pay for the damage caused to the window frame when the installer tried to make the miss-measured blind fit the window. Each subsequent visit to rectify a part that had been made wrong so they had to come back again and again. Throughout the process I received what can only be described as appalling customer service. Westral appears to have no interest in reputation or ensuring the customer is satisfied with the product or services delivered. I'd previously used them to install security screens at the same property without issue but will never use them again.

When consultant arrived i hoped that he would help as its his job to guide me in my choice but i think he was a dim as if the lights were out but took advantage of my wife in tge decision making but my wife went along on his advice ,when they arrived it was so different to tge colour we need very bad experience so i rang them got abuse down the phone and treatened to bring me to court if i did not pay so i has to go and pay even after the profanity down the phone other senior members of staff was not much better i hooe thst who ever reads this never thinks of going to buy off them aas thry lack the personal customer touch which i expect NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER

I had an old Westral door fixed very neatly. Good advice initially as Westral tried to save me money but when it dfinitely needed fixing they were very professional and tradesman arrived right day right time etc.

They were prompt and helpful and always showed up when they said they would.
I love the plantation shutters and have now ordered another for my bathroom.
The only down side was the wait as it was supposed to be 6 weeks but was closer to 9 weeks.

Great product and service. Helpful salespeople, friendly and respectful installer. Shutters look great and we would use this business again in the future.

We had 3 crimsafe sliding doors installed. Westral were helpful, friendly, came on time and cleaned up their mess. Professional throughout. Would recommend them.

We have now completed our entire house with shutters and have always had wonderful service from all we have dealt with from 1st call to the end with accounts. Installer was efficient and attended on the dot, left area clean and tidy.

Yesterday we had our Westral Safe-S-Cape security screen fitted to our kitchen window.

We are very pleased with the product. It looks great and suits our purpose admirably. We will also use it to pass out food to our alfresco area.

We were very impressed by the courtesy and high standard of workmanship shown by your installer Alan. He is a great advertisement for your company.

Westral measured and installed new vertical blinds in our main bedroom. The quoting process was painless and the service provided by Leigh was pleasant and very helpful, especially in choosing colours. Several weeks later, the installers turned up, on time, and in about twenty minutes the blinds were fitted and working beautifully.

Westral installed External roller shutters, security doors and internal window blinds efficiently. The tradesmen were friendly and helpful. The quality of the products is excellent.

Replacement of a large steel security door with an aluminium/Crimsafe door. Quality is excellent and the installation trouble-free. Only complaint is the inability of the installation team to meet customer needs - we had to change our diary to suit theirs at both measure/quote and fitting times

Crimsafe security door (front) it's been 3 months and we finally had the door installed last week. First the bolts were wrong and then the door was too badly damaged to install and now it's been installed it STILL looks damaged. On top if all this WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. I'm constantly having to call them. They always say ‘we'll call you tomorrow' hahaha well now I don't even expect the call. Every time I call I end up talking to someone different. We've dealt with westral twice before and the product made up for the service. Not this time. Never again and have been telling everyone to stay clear.

Installed three security mesh doors.. two sliding doors which has access to the backyard and one in front of the entrance door. Installer was very efficient and professional. Everything was setup very quickly.

We had security flywire windows fitted. We are very pleased with them. It is lovely to have the windows open without worrying to close them when we leave the house!

I had aluminium venetians (good nighters and micro), put on 8 windows. 2 of the windows were bay, they were measured initially by the rep and then measured again by the installer before they were made to ensure that the blinds would be perfect. The blinds look amazing and do fit to perfection. I'm very happy.
