They were quick to respond, answered all our questions and concerns regarding sewer reline due to root damage from an enormous tree growing within metres of the terracotta sewer line and sewer mains in the street. A team of 6 performed the task and directed traffic during the operation. I was happy with the camera inspection before and at the completion of the job. The long warranty on the materials is an indication of the quality. The price was very reasonable compared to others and we believe will use them regularly for scheduled sewer inspection. Great customer satisfaction from their office.

I booked a plumber through these guys. The first appointment they cancelled due to an emergency elsewhere, which I can understand, so we rebooked. Then I waited around all day, and they just never showed up and I have not heard a peep out of them since. So they wasted my time on the two days I had taken off from work. Poor form.

The Wilco plumber , Jeff, who came to my unit to change the kitchen sink mixer was a total pro. He explained to me exactly what he was doing as well as telling me about the pro's and con's of the tap , I purchased , he was installing . All up it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely call Wilco again for any plumbing needs .

I would happily recommend Wilco Plumbing. We had problems with our Hot Water system. I was able to get through straight away and was told a tradesman would be at our place between certain times. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional and had the job none in no time. This is a no mucking around company.

A plumber came to my house very promptly and a reasonable quote was given and the job was done within a couple of hours. He was very pleasant and obliging and did a really good job and cleaned up after himself and took rubbish away with him. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Wilco Plumbing.

After a hot water system leak which could have resulted in a fire hazard, Wilco Plumbing sent a service man to not only address the problem but replace the hot water system with minimal fuss and no interruption to the household. All done in a professional manner.

James, Steve & Dan were all courteous and professional. The jobs, which were urgent, were completed efficiently and they worked into Friday evening to ensure we'd have hot showers in the morning!
