As soon as he arrived he was very polite and gave me a lovely smile. He then assessed the situation very carefully and managed to get the job done in a short amount of time. He then checked it all over again to make sure it was done correctly. Overall I believe he did a great job and I reallh enjoyed the service :-)

It was not a straght forward job and they had to come back once parts were sourced but I felt the company was honest and ethical in dealing with me and would use them again.

Out of the three plumbers I emailed, wilco was the only one that bothered to contact re my non emergency plumbing issue. Erin, the administrator, was efficient and communicated well, as did Andrew, the plumber. He came when he said he would, was friendly, worked efficiently and even cleaned up! He took time to explain without laughing at my lack of plumbing knowledge! all in all perfect!

I was really happy with the Wilco Plumbing Service. My cold water taps in my shower broke that morning. I managed to put in a request that day, and someone came out by the afternoon. I didn't need to pay extra, even though it was within 24 hours service. They also waived the regular call out fee, if you end up getting plumbing service done. They will quote you a cost for the actual job on the spot, after proper investigation of the problem.

Nate (the plumber) was knowledgeable, easy to chat to and overall made the experience of plumbing dramas much less stressful then first imagined.

I've got a brand new set of tap heads, which will hopefully last me a very long time.
