Dale and Sarah were lovely to work with on the day- very friendly and sweet. Like the commenter said below, they were not very proactive in wrangling crowds for group photos, but they recognised that wasn't one of their strenghs and mitigated this by asking that we arrange representitives from each side of the family to help with that job.

The photos that they produced were very nice and included some lovely candid shots of our guests enjoying the day- exactly what we'd asked for!

I was disappointed with the amount of time that it took for our photos to be returned- we were married in April and didn't receive our photos until September. I was disappointed that I had to chase up the photographers to find out where things were up to, that responses to email were slow and that it was often difficult to get in touch via the phone.

I didn't have any challenges with communication prior to booking and got the impression when I was waiting for our photos that something else might have been going on personally or that they may have taken on more work than they could keep up with.

I was keen to order a press printed album, but when I contacted them to enquire about meeting to put it together, I didn't hear back and was too nervous to persue this.

Good quality work. Took 2 months before we could see the photos. Spent our wedding day running around trying to get people together for photos while photographer and his assistant stood there waiting.Not very relaxing on our day. Been married 6 months today and still haven't received the photo book we paid for.
