Very friendly staff but the service was one of the worst spa experiences ever. I purchased a special deal with 1 hour massage, 1 hour salt scrub, 1 hour facial, mini mani & pedi and use of the spa & sauna for 1 hour. The premises were not very clean in the change/bathroom area. The locks on the lockers could be opened by any of the other keys meaning your bag and personal items are not safe. There was no soap to wash your hands or paper towel/hand dryer for use after using the toilet. The shower had no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the dispenser and the bottle of shampoo provided on the floor was empty too. No spare towels to use after your shower. The spa was cold and there were no magazines to read during the 1 hour spa rest in-between treatments. I have enjoyed many spa treatments over the Gold Coast, but this is one I would definitely NOT recommend. For a high end resort this was a very low-end treatment.
