I have very long hair and had been scared to cut my hair for years as many stylists I had seen in the past had taken too much off. Vanessa took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and the result was perfect. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is nervous about cutting their hair or have had bad experiences with people in the past taking too much off.

I came to Wink after a disastrous colour job ( done at another salon) that completely burnt my hair and had to be cut of and ended up looking worse than a mullet!

Being from the industry myself, I knew the limitations imposed by such fragile hair and awful hair length. I would not have wished the client that I was, on myself!
Fixing my hair was a tall order.

Natalie the owner, took the time to listen to what I was hoping to achieve. I was advised the limitations but was told they would endeavor to fix it the best they can.
Natalie went Above & Beyond to make sure I was satisfied. "Satisfied" would be and understatement!! The job they delivered with the extensions and hair colour surpassed my expectations. I could not have been happier.

i wanted a BIG change, many salons said they couldnt give me "balayage" but wink could and they could on short notice(i rang at lunch time wanting that evening) i was greeted by smiles on the front desk and a funky atmosphere. i had a very friendly kiwi girl colour my hair who made sure i was comfortable the whole service even when she was taking care of other colours. the stylist was also nice and gave me a wonderful blow wave(i have difficult frizzy hair) even though the salon was extremely busy not once did i feel like a "number"

Finally - Hairdresser who know what they´re doing!

I went there with extremely damaged and theoretically dead hair. Every other hairsalon sent me away because they wouldn´t touch my hair or said the only possibility would be to shave my head!!

I went out with wonderful, shiny and healthy hair.
They are able to do wonders to your hair!

The girls are lovely and nice, look after you and give you professional tips.
They really care about what you want and what´s the best for you.

I am in Australia since 10 months ans ALL the other hairdresser I went to ruined my hair and were way too expensive.

Wink! is definately not a cheap hairdresser, but it is one of the very few that are really worth the price!

I had my hair coloured and highlighted by Mel yesterday and she did a fantastic job; she really knows her stuff. My hair colour has gone from kind of orangy-browny, to lovely honey and caramel which really compliments my olive skin tone. It's the best my hair has looked in years and the technician pricing option makes it good value. The only criticism I have to make about my experience was that I wasn't offered a drink at all during my visit and there didn't seem to be much of an atmosphere, not funky as other people here described it. Well, I don't care too much for that anyway, it's the results that count and I am very happy with my hair.
