Didn't return/ refund cat food. I bought a different brand for my cat so that she may get some variety. The package had 6 sachets. I poured 1 for my cat, she smelt it and walked away. I decided to return the remaining 5 sachets. I told the staff member that I need to return these as my cat didn't like it. He said, you bought it from us, we are not responsible if your cat doesn't like it. The staff member needs to understand that there is a difference between animals and humans. Also, how are we suppose to figure out if my cat likes something or not, if we don't buy and try it? Furthermore, the staff member said, that its as though, you have eaten a part of the burger and now you want to return it. I was like, this is not the same, the remaining 5 sachets are fully sealed. Again, the staff member using human examples and some how trying to fit it to animals. Woolworths you have lost me. Never again. I will much rather go to Coles. I had a similar experience at Coles but they were more than happy to return the cat food which my cat didn't like. Even though the package wasn't sealed.

I shop here regularly. The staff are great, they are super friendly and bend over backwards be helpful. The manager Catherine is one of the best supermarket managers I have met, and it shows in how nice the staff behave and how satisfied the customers are.

I love the fresh bakery area, all Woolworths have a bakery, but this one goes into overdrive, producing all sorts of yummies.

Recently they have started offering samples of things on sale, which is a nice touch.

The prices are reasonable and they have lots of specials which are just in their store. Their meat prices are terrific!

I visit Woolworths at Northgate regularly and find the checkout operators both male and female are courtious; and make me feel as though I am someone special. They are professional and deserve a pat on the back.

there service and products are very excellent. products are always fresh and well placed. In further, they always provide some discounts and offers to save money.

I have found that the variety of foods available has been getting less and less
since they introduced there Woolworths Select ranges thay have dropped many other ranges they used to carry
Can;t even get simple things like Arnotts Glengarry biscuits

The supermarket is easily accessible and always plenty of carparks available. Service is sometimes lacking in that they often have very few checkouts open and long lines waiting. They seem to cater for the express checkouts first. Range is ok, although a number of brands that I usually buy seem to have disappeared from their range lately.
