I would NEVER recommend this company! They turned up late, over charged us, insisted on taking the payment before they had completed the job, ignored our requests/instructions, we were unable to find anything as they did not listen and chose to confer in Indian even though they spoke fluent English. They took stuff that I told them several times to leave behind for the hard rubbish collection but left other things behind that we needed! I specifically told them not to take the small things like the screws for the beds - instead they packed everything into umarked boxes and we were unable to locate the bed parts, therefore having to sleep on mattresses on the floor for 2 nights running . After moving house - not acceptable. I paid extra for a 3rd person - he did very little and 'coordinated', sitting around for a lot of the time. When making the initial booking, I asked why it was so expensive - I was advised that I would be receiving a QUALITY service with highly trained and experienced removalists. Instead we got a 21 year old from India who was very nice but had been in Australia for 1 month, had no prior removal experience and was getting paid $12 per hour. I paid $145 per hour. No Tax File number and no police checks! Another worker was 23, Indian, has been in Australia for 6 months and again - no prior experience. Then there was the 'leader' - lazy and rude who barely lifted a finger to help. He has been with the company less than 3 months. I have moved 11 times and my things fit inside the truck and with only 1 trip. Yesterday - they apparently HAD to do 2 trips and messed around a lot with unimportant things. Once they were paid, they obviously wanted to get finished as quick as they could and it all went further downhill from there. I was charged almost $500 more than what I have previously been charged for the same amount of things and within a shorter distance!

Moving is stressful enough without this sort of shoddy service and I would advise everyone to steer clear! If quality and exceptional service actually meant very poor and unprofessional then they were amazing!!

Best removalist experience I've ever had. These guys treated my furniture and possessions with the best of care. Nothing was too hard or too trivial and they wouldn't take a break, even when I asked them to. A very hard working and sensitive team, I can't say enough good things about them.

Awesome guys!!!! I didn't have the time to pack and I would have done a terrible job, I had newspaper ready lol. Adam and Huss had my things packed securely and put everything together and where it belongs at my new place. I don't usually bother with reviews, you guys are worth it!!!

It really was WOW! I rang around trying to find removalists at short notice, no one was able to fit me in till I called Wow removals. I really didn't think there was a difference between one company to another, except Adam and the boys gave me service I've never had. I have moved 3 times in 5 years and I've never had a company take things apart or offer to put it together for me. As a single mum, my son James and I were ready to spend the night with mattresses on the floor, as we've done before when Adam asked if I would like him to put the beds together.
They were kind, careful and quick. Nothing was a problem.
Do yourself a favour get wow removals and get Adam on your team.
